The Area Action Plan (AAP) will set out detailed proposals for the area of Ellesmere Port between the town centre and the Manchester Ship Canal including the large areas of disused and underused land to the north and east of the existing retail area.
The purpose of the Central Ellesmere Port Area Action Plan (AAP) is to create a vision and strategy for the comprehensive and integrated regeneration of the Central Ellesmere Port area. The AAP will set out the spatial framework for the development of a number of key development sites such as the former H H Robertsons site on Cromwell Road.
The Preferred Options report sets out the options that are considered to be the best way of dealing with the identified issues and explains the reasons for the choice of option.
