The purpose of the AAP is to create a vision and strategy for the comprehensive and integrated regeneration of the Central Ellesmere Port area. The AAP will set out the spatial framework for the development of a number of key sites such as the former H H Robertsons site on Cromwell Road.
The Issues and Options paper sets out the key issues facing the central parts of the town and puts forward a number of options to deal with them. One of the purposes of the Issues and Options paper is to help to pull together the planning issues in the area and to highlight how they might be taken forward. It is designed to encourage public responses.
