Cheshire West and Chester Core Strategy Issues & Options
The Core Strategy is the strategic Local Plan document that will cover the whole local authority area and will set the framework for other planning policy documents. The Core Strategy will set out the long-term vision of how the Cheshire West and Chester area should develop and improve.
The Issues & Options report brings together all the issues that we are aware of affecting West Cheshire, based on recent studies and surveys. It then provides options for dealing with these issues.
Consultation on the document ended on 13 January 2010 but you can still read the document by clicking the "Read document and view comments" button below. There is also a PDF version available under the "Supporting Documents" tab.
All comments submitted on the Issues and Options report are now available to view. These comments are now being used to help us prepare the Preferred Options report; the "Action" for each response explains how we have used each comment.
You can view all the comments made and download a PDF version (bear in mind that this will be a large document if you select all comments) by clicking the "All Comments" tab below. When reading through the document, click the "View Comments" links against the chapter titles, section headings and questions to read the comments that have been made on that particular section.
