SHLAA Call For Sites 2011
The first Cheshire West and Chester Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) was published in June 2011 and provides details of potential sites that could deliver new housing across the borough.
We are now updating the report in order to keep the information up to date and in line with the most recent housing land monitor. Both documents will be published in April 2012.
