Draft Statement of Community Involvement
One of the first planning documents to be produced by Cheshire West and Chester is the council's Statement of Community Involvement (SCI). This document explains how the new council will involve our community in the preparation and review of documents prepared for the Local Development Framework. It also provides information on the consultation process for particular types of planning applications as well as how we intend to feedback decisions and information.
A draft SCI for Cheshire West and Chester was subject to a six week consultation period from 16 January to 27 February 2009. It can be viewed by clicking the document title in the list below.
You can either view all of the comments at once by clicking "All comments" on the following page, or when reading through the documents you will see "View Comments" links against various parts of the documents. If you click this link you will be able to read the comments made on that particular part of the document and the council's response to them.
