All new planning policies and strategies in England are now subject to a sustainability appraisal. This sustainability appraisal examines the social, economic and environmental impact of proposals contained within the Core Strategy Issues & Options paper. We will be consulting on this sustainability appraisal from17 March 2008 until 28 April 2008.
